职位描述
1. Primary Functions
Job holder is primarily responsible for establishing the sales strategy and ensuring that sales and revenue targets are achieved.
2. Reporting Relationship
Job holder reports directly to General Manager of Porsche Centre Chongqing Nanan.
3.Main Tasks
- Lead entire sales department
- Oversee efficient operation of the sales department in dealership
- Efficiently utilize available resources to achieve sales targets
- Establish and implement sales strategy through close cooperation with marketing team
- Analyze the market and identify further business opportunities to increase turnover and secure market position
- Carry out detailed stock and inventory planning according to market demand
- Ensure timely and exact order placement
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and markets
- Complete sales reports and other relevant paperwork as and when required by manufacturer, StarChase group or General Manager
4. Entry Requirements
Qualification/Education: University Degree
Working Experience: 5 years working experiences in automotive industry, thereof 2 years as a Sales Manager for a German or Japanese premium car brand
Personal Skills:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Matured with friendly personality
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- PC literate, conversant with MS Applications
