职位描述
1. Primary Functions
Job holder is primarily responsible for the definition, budgeting and implementation of the marketing plan.
2. Reporting Relationship
Job holder reports directly to General Manager of Porsche Centre Chongqing Nanan.
3. Key Accountabilities
- Presentation of the marketing plan timely and detailed
- Execution of the marketing plan, meeting the datelines and budget targets
- Supervise the execution of a detailed media plan or marketing event
- Research and develop strategies and marketing plans which identify marketing opportunities
- Develop the direct marketing and other marketing projects
- Be responsible to maintain a customer database to highest standards of the manufacturer and the StarChase Group
- Ensure that audit standards set by manufacturer and StarChase group are met
4. Main Tasks
- Lead and motivate the marketing and CRM team
- Be responsible for coordinating every Marketing activity
- Be responsible for all CRM campaigns in sales and aftersales
- Be in charge of internal and external communications
- Conceptualize sound marketing plans for promotions and sales
- Plan and coordinate public relations and communications with the local media
- Oversee the daily marketing operations of the Showroom
- Check all marketing material if it is CI conform
- Complete marketing reports and other relevant paperwork as and when required by manufacturer, StarChase group or General Manager
5. Entry Requirements
Qualification/Education: University Degree (Bachelor or higher) in Marketing or Communications
Working Experience: 5 years sales/marketing experiences in luxury consumer industry preferable, thereof 2 years as a Marketing Manager
Personal Skills:
- Understand the market segments and the targeted groups
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Matured with friendly personality
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- PC literate, conversant with MS Applications
