Job Description

1. Documents filing (Hard copy & Soft copy: Strictly follow an effective and efficient process for the creation, retention, retrieval and disposition of documents, regardless of format (e.g. paper, electronic, etc.). The process ensures that all documents are retained and disposed of in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of China.
2. Broker Invoice reviewing: Review agent invoices against the contracted price list and supporting documentation to verify the correct charges are paid and no improper payment is made.

3. Date key-in: Data maintenance refers to the processes and activities to maintain Amber Road system from pre-review to post audit.
4. Declaration price check: Valuation - verify price in shipping docs, determine and maintain customs value for declaration by applying customs valuation rule and perform necessary correction if needed.
5. COO: COO - verify COO in shipping docs. and Certificate of Origin readiness, determine and maintain right COO for declaration and apply for correct Certificate of Origin if needed by applying Rule of Origin rightly and perform necessary correction if needed.
6. Pre-entry review: Review documents correctness and compliance for Customs declaration.
7. Prepare Customs Declaration package to broker: Collect all documents & generate CCS from Amber road system.
8. Post-entry review: Post-entry review and management
9. Reporting: refers to the process and activities BPO vender generate required report to manage customs operation, evaluate vendor’s performance and identify improvement opportunities.
10. License application: Apply required import/export license per all China laws & regulations.
11. Others assigned by managers.

Qualifications/Requirements

1) Education: college or above
2) Major: International trade, logistics, customs or relevant
3) Experience: relevant work experience in broker company preferred
4) Hold customs declaration certificate and commodity inspection certificate preferred
5) Master Microsoft office (EXCEL, WORD & PPT)
6) English skill CET 4 and above English skill CET 4 and above
7) Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai

8) Working time: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)
