Main Responsibilities & key tasks

• Take overall responsibility for the success of services business related to POS indirect sales, to support thechannel partner & RD indirect sales team for all service opportunities.
• Deliver high quality work to meet clients' business requirements.
• Dig out any pertential service opportunities from the end users from indirect sales team, work with channel partners.

Qualifications Required

• Ensure the best capture rate on warranty, installation,and maintenance renewal business.
• Engage managed service opportunities in the specified channel business.
• Work closely with Retail indirect sales team to win Managed service projects.
• Develop/Engage new retail territory white space account plan and new opportunity.
• Well understand competitors'information and other market intelligence.
• Alliance with service partner to win back opportunity from competitors
• Effective communication skill, oral and written
• Experienced in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft applications
• Be able to accept tough challenges

Education

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent in science, marketing or communications.
