职位描述
JOB SUMMARY
1. Recruitment & development of the company team according to development needs
2. Development of the company culture among all employees & defines adequate communication tools
3. Development of the organization succession development planning and retention planning
4. Define adequate compensation and benefits system in line with labor market situation
5. Management of HR administrative systems and payroll
AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Plans and monitors the headcount according to budget and company needs
2. Controls overall personal costs of the company
3. Manages payroll and contract administration, maintains employees individual records like contracts, job descriptions, trainings certificates etc.
4. Develops and implements the company HR policies and procedures and assures that these policies are applied throughout the organization
5. Implement organizational development programs (performance management system, employee survey, organizational development, succession planning etc)
6. Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures
7. Organizes benefits benchmark with other companies assures effective communication between employees and management
8. Manages recruitment process, defines most suitable and cost efficient recruitment channels
9. Develops the company image on the local labor market, manages participation in labor fairs
10. Set up and executes training plan according to company needs and in line with individual development expectations
11. Manages labor relations and takes leads in labor disputes
12. Leads the contract termination procedures
13. Promotes the company values and assures that the employees form a cohesive and motivated team dedicated to reach the company goals
14. Provides assistance and advise to employees in administrative issues
15. Manages the administration of expatriates contracts
16. Assists managers in all labor related issues
17. Lead, develop & train team members; Conducts performance reviews and review of the career development of the members of its team as per HR procedures
