职位描述
Basic Function
Under the supervision of zone SVC manager in Sigma China, the incumbent is responsible for:
1.Callback management of calling.
2．JDE、SMS、SIMS、EAMER related date input and process tracking
3．Support to Svc documents for approval and other related support work
Duties & Responsibilities
1．Callback telephone duty, data input, collection and coordinate maintenance staff to promptly process
fault issues .
2．Daily on the SMS system data entry and analysis, in order to classify to be summarized
3．On the FHR data collation, entry, check and statements related to the production.
4．Field staff‘s MER&EA documents collection and recording system in time for the field staff to apply for reimbursement.
5．To apply for non-production buyer project process, JDE system input and payment tracking
6．To deal with customer complaint timely to submit to relevant responsible person, in order to handle it well as soon as possible.
Qualifications
1.Associate degree and above
2.strong ability of communication and cooperation
3.Passionate in working and be seriously and carefully
4.Good skills in Computer practice and English Basic capability
