岗位职责：

1、带领销售队伍，对销售队伍的管理及销售业绩负全责；

2、根据公司产品及市场需求情况，完成销售预测及制定切实可行的销售策略和销售计划；

3、根据公司下达的销售任务，制定销售目标及分解销售任务；

4、制定年度、半年度、季度、月度销售指标及任务，落实到个人；

5、依据公司的规定，完成销售预算及管理；

6、定期组织内部销售会议，并及时向上级汇报销售情况；

7、配合人力资源部门完成销售部门及销售人员个人的销售业绩考核；

8、制定销售人员的指导培训计划并执行；

9、挖掘、发展、维护客户关系；

10、配合市场调研，挖掘客户的新需求，并协助完成需求分析报告；

11、负责客户合同的签订及款项的追踪；

12、对公司销售战略的修订提出建设性意见或建议。




任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业者优先；

2、软件行业8年以上销售经验，同等职位工作3年以上；

3、熟悉ERP, MES 等行业软件业务者优先；

4、对软件产品的销售有较深刻的体会和把握能力；

5、能独立策划和实施市场开发计划，有两个以上大客户成功的销售运作案例；

6、有项目型销售经验者优先考虑；

7、高度的工作热情和事业心，有敬业精神；

8、优秀的客户沟通能力、较强的市场独立开拓能力；

9、较强的观察力和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，极强的社会活动能力；
10、良好的人脉关系、丰富的客户资源和客户关系、业绩优秀者优先；

11、优秀的团队管理能力及良好的团队合作精神；

12、能够用英语流利与外方项目经理沟通。

Q-DAS is an internationally active software company specializing in the computerization of statistical procedures with headquarters in Weinheim, Germany. All software programming is performed at the headquarters.
The company’s main focus is on quality management applications. It is in this context that the qs-STAT and procella software packages were developed. Our programs support the current international standards, as well as relevant industry standards and guidelines. This allows practitioners to quickly find their place in their daily work, enabling them to evolve customized solutions. Results can be professionally presented, using a number of different formats.
Another important area of activity for Q-DAS is training. Apart from seminars, user meetings and forums about current statistical issues, Q-DAS delivers training courses, either in-house or at the customer’s site. The Q-DAS statistics training has a modular design and can be tailored to suit the course participants’ duties and prior knowledge. Computer use enables efficient and job-related knowledge transfer.
