- For our Industry Sector in Shanghai,we are looking for a (SFAE) 西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 Commercial Intern 商务部实习生 Location 工作地:上海徐汇苑/马陆.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Administration work

- Be responsible for the department administration ,logistic and stationary management, help to handle with customer's visiting and calling, and etc.

2.Support in project

- Be responsible for maintaining and updating all kinds of files; for the arrangement for the department meeting, making the meeting minutes; for assisting PM for relevant coordinating, car arrangement and room reservation etc.

- And to accomplish all other tasks assigned by department in time.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree or above,business related major

- Excellent spoken and written english

- Be painstaking and principled;

- Familiar with office software and facilities.
