Key Responsibilities
关键职责

- Follow corporate EHS policy and contribute for continuous improvement of EHS manual 遵循公司的安全管理政策，并对公司安全管理政策提出改进意见
- Prepare and implement Project HSE Management Plan 准备并执行项目安全管理方案
- As team member, participant in project procurement, design review and tender assessment from EHS perspective 作为项目团队成员， 参与项目的招投标、设计审核以及评标工作， 从安全管理的角度提出审核意见
- Set-up site EHS management system, which includes but not limited to EHS management team, training, manual, access control and emergency plan etc. 建立现场安全管理体系， 包括但不限于安全管理的人员， 培训体系，安全管理手册，进出现场的管理以及应急预案等
- Oversee implementation of HSE management systems, standards and procedures；监督安全管理体系、标准和流程的实施
- Risk assessment and mitigation plan 风险分析和封闭措施
- Conduct daily HSE inspection for on-site operations, activities and construction method 执行现场工程实施方案、作业和相关行为的日常监督检查
- Arrange, chair EHS weekly meetings and/or urgent meetings, prepare meeting minutes and rolling action list; follow the actions to mitigate risks安排并主持安全周会以及紧急会议， 准备会议纪要以及行动计划检查表， 监督实施情况以便小区安全隐患
- Ensure that all incidents / near misses occurring on any Company work location or affecting Company personnel or assets are reported, investigated, reviewed and follow-up 确保工程现场以及可能影响公司人员和财产的所有安全事件、事故技师汇报、审核、调查并监督改进措施
- Take immediate actions to remedy any HSE deficiencies and report to Project Manager for such actions with advise for any actions to avoid occurring of such issues对于发现的任何安全隐患, 立即采取消除措施并向项目经理汇报； 提出避免类似隐患的管理措施建议

Qualifications
任职资格

- Major in engineering, college degree or above
工程相关专业毕业, 大专以上学历
- 5+ years EHS experience in Civil & Industry, capable of construction site EHS management. Be familiar with all relevant codes and regulations relating to EHS
要求5年以上建筑行业安全管理工作经验,能够全面负责施工现场安全管理工作。熟悉现行的安全管理有关的法律法规
- Certificate of EHS officer is and EHS management experience within International Project Management Company is preferred.
拥有安全员或安全工程师资质证书且有国际化项目管理公司安全管理经验者优先考虑。
- Based on construction site, willing to travel
可以常驻工地现场并愿意出差。
- Good command of English and computer skills
英语听说读写良好,熟练使用计算机。

In addition, it will accelerate its expansion into other areas of industrial processes and facilities such as chemicals.

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
