Key Responsibilities 关键职责 | · Assist the site manager, to ensure the progress, quality and the safety of on-site structure, decoration and the outdoor construction. 协助现场经理管理现场结构、装修、室外工程等的进度、质量、安全等。
参加重要工序、部位的验收，以及项目工程竣工初验和竣工验收。
检查施工进度，督促施工单位按计划组织施工；参与生产计划的安排，参加公司召开的生产会议。
配合公司处理好有关政府主管部门、业务单位的对外联络、业务接待工作，办理有关的报建审批，取得相应的证照手续。
配合设备工程师、水电工程师对土建施工进行合理的调整。
完成公司安排的其他工作。 |
Qualifications 任职资格 |
Bachelor degree in civil engineering or above 土建专业本科或以上学历
o 3-5 years working experience in construction company 3-5年施工单位相关经验 o Excellent computer skill, excellent professional software operation skill (estimating software, AutoCAD etc.) 熟练的办公及专业软件应用技能，熟练的专业软件应用技能（预算软件，AUTOCAD等） o Good English is preferred 英语良好者优先考虑 o Able to travel frequently and station on construction site 能够经常出差及常驻施工现场
o Good communication and coordination skill 良好的沟通和协调能力 o Good team cooperation and management competence 良好的团队合作能力 o Work hard, steadfastly and carefully; have outgoing personality; can deal with affairs in a mature and steady way 工作认真踏实细致，性格开朗，为人处事成熟稳重 |

They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total.
