Key Responsibilities 关键职责

· Support Senior Project Manager to establish and esecute project execution plan, project management process/procedure in accordance with company policies, 遵循公司的流程和政策，协助高级项目经理建立并实施项目管理程序和流程，项目实施计划 · Organize and lead project MEP team to do project-related MEP works 组织并带领项目机电团队参与项目机电相关的所有工作 · Participant into project preparation works, prepare specification and design brief for MEP system 参与项目前期准备工作，编写项目技术要求和机电系统设计说明 · Provide design management and coordination works on daily basis 提供日常的设计管理和设计协调工作 · Conduct equipment comparision and selection of equipment to ensure satisfaction of specifications 执行设备比较和选型工作，确保满足业主要求技术参数 · Provide design review and value engineering to concept design, extended preliminary design and follow up for design updating (MEP Part) 对方案设计、扩初设计进行设计审核并跟踪管理设计修改工作 · Participate in the review and audit process of construction design and specifications(MEP part), 参与施工图纸设计及专业技术要求的审核及编制（机电系统） Review MEP system design and conduct value engineering for MEP system 对机电系统设计进行设计审核并提出价值工程 Organize and prepare the tender document & specification for MEP system, 组织并编写机电系统的招标文件及技术要求 Participant in procurement and tender assessment works, conduct MEP quotation and assessment in accordance with design, which should include items, quantity and quotation reviews, 参加项目的招投标工作和标书分析，根据设计图纸，对投标商的机电系统投标进行分析，包括投标项、数量和报价的审核 Plumbing, electrical and HVAC system related construction management of the project 负责项目给排水/电气/暖通等相关工程施工管理与协调工作 Responsible for daily construction management work of supporting facilities. 负责配套工程日常施工管理工作 Making MEP working scheduleunder the project Master Schedule,as well as equipment and materials with long lead procurement requirements,responsible ofrelated technical and quality control management. 根据项目总体计划编制机电施工计划，包括设备及材料的采购需求计划，负责项目所有机电相关的技术与质量管理工作。 Review and management of MEP related variations, provide technical support and comments; MEP system testing & commissioning management; 机电系统相关变更申请的技术审核并提出专业建议；机电系统测试调试方案的审核以及过程管理 Review and management of MEP related handover works including as-built drawings and documents， 机电系统相关的移交工作包括竣工图及文件的审核及管理 Change management relating to MEP system, final account work and completion works 机电系统变更管理，竣工决算和竣工移交的管理

Qualifications 任职资格

Bachelor degree or above本科或以上学历 10+ years working experience in related industry, good command of industry knowledge. 要求10年以上工作经验，有丰富的本行业工作经验，专业知识扎实 5+ years’ experience in the project management. 具有5年以上的项目管理经验 Working experience in MNC & design institute is preferred. 有外资企业和设计单位工作经验者优先考虑 Good command of English and Office, Auto-CAD, Project, etc. 英语听说读写流利，熟练操作Office，Auto-cad，Project等计算机软件 Able to work based on project site and willing to travel 可以常驻工地现场，愿意出差 Electrical or HVAC background, cross discipline for Mechanical, electrical and plumbing will be plus, 电气或暖通专业背景，具有跨暖通、电气和给排水专业技术技能者优先考虑。 General Skill综合能力 o Good communication and coordination skill 良好的沟通和协调能力 o Good team cooperation and management competence 良好的团队合作能力 o Work hard, steadfastly and carefully; have outgoing personality; can deal with affairs in a mature and steady way 工作认真踏实细致，性格开朗，为人处事成熟稳重

    Industrialisation has been a main creator of wealth and lifestyle improvement. It will continue to be a major area of growth, but it will need to adapt to new sustainability requirements. The Forest Industry business group was renamed as Industry business group. The business group will maintain its strong core in the forest industry and wants to maintain its global market leadership in the pulp and paper sector. In addition, it will accelerate its expansion into other areas of industrial processes and facilities such as chemicals.

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
