· Support Project Manager and MEP Project Manager to organize and execute project managementin each phase (MEP part) 协助项目经理及机电项目经理组织执行项目各个阶段的项目管理（机电部分） · As anexpert role to support MEP Project Manager of managing the MEP system in the design and construction stage 作为资深的机电专家协助机电经理，在设计与施工阶段全面管理机电项目的实施。 Has the capability to review and update the front stage design brief for MEP system to comply with the client’s requirement. 具备在项目前期阶段按照客户要求审核并修改机电部分设计说明的能力 Provide design management and coordination works on daily basis. 提供日常的设计管理和设计协调工作 Assist with MEP Manager to conduct equipment comparison and selection of equipment to ensure satisfaction of specifications 协助机电经理执行设备比较和选型工作，确保满足业主要求的技术参数 Support with MEP Manager to participate in the review and audit process of construction design and specifications (MEP) 协助机电经理参与施工图纸设计及专业技术要求的审核及编制（机电系统） Review MEP system design and conduct value engineering for MEP system 对机电系统设计进行设计审核并提出价值工程 Assist with MEP Manager to prepare the tender document & specification for MEP system 协助机电经理编写机电系统的招标文件及技术要求 Participant in procurement and tender assessment works, conduct MEP quotation and assessment in compliance with design, which should include items, quantity and quotation reviews 参加项目的招投标和标书分析，根据设计图纸，对投标商的机电系统投标进行分析，包括投标量、数量和报价的审核 Manage and supervise MEP contractor to achieve target on the aspects of progress, quality, safety, etc.during the project execution stage. 在项目执行阶段管理和督促机电承包商在进度，质量，安全等方面满足目标要求 Project schedule follow up and mitigationplan. 项目计划执行及整改计划 Review and management of MEP related variations,provide technical support and comments;MEP system testing & commissioning management 机电系统变更申请的技术审核并提出专业建议；机电系统测试调试方案的审核及过程管理 Prepare and review of MEP related handover works in as-built documents 准备并审核机电系统相关的移交工作及文件 Support MEP Manager to final account and completion works. 协助机电经理进行竣工决算和竣工移交的管理

Qualifications 任职资格

Bachelor degree or above， MEP background 本科以上学历，机电相关专业毕业 7+ years working experience in related industry, Familiar with local MEP design specification and related China code. 要求7年以上工作经验，有丰富的本行业工作经验，专业知识扎实;熟悉国内机电设计相关规范 Working experience in Design Institute is preferred. 有设计院工作经验者优先考虑 Working experience in MNC is preferred. 有外资企业工作经验者优先考虑 Good English Spoken and Written skills; Familiar with Ms.Office, Auto-CAD, ect. 英语听说读写流利，熟练操作Office，Auto-cad等计算机软件 Mostly based on site. Willing to travel 可以常驻工地现场，愿意出差 Electrical or HVAC background, cross discipline for Mechanical, electrical and plumbing will be plus, familiar with tri-generation system will be preferred. 电气或暖通专业背景，具有跨暖通、电气和给排水专业技能并熟悉一些三联供知识将优先考虑 Hard working, sense of responsibility, team work, good communication skill. 工作认真踏实，责任心强，有团队工作精神，有良好的沟通能力 General Skill综合能力 o Good communication and coordination skill 良好的沟通和协调能力 o Good team cooperation and management competence 良好的团队合作能力 o Work hard, steadfastly and carefully; have outgoing personality; can deal with affairs in a mature and steady way 工作认真踏实细致，性格开朗，为人处事成熟稳重

The business group will maintain its strong core in the forest industry and wants to maintain its global market leadership in the pulp and paper sector. In addition, it will accelerate its expansion into other areas of industrial processes and facilities such as chemicals.

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
