Responsibilities
*Meet and exceed orders and sales
*Maintain and grow the sales pipeline, establishing long-term customer relationships, supply agreements, direction and action plans for sales growth.
*Identify, develop & maintain a strong management team to achieve business strategies. Evaluate the team on a regular basis.
*Ensure that all sales personnel understand their roles & administrative resources and functions to support sales objectives
*Products sourcing for projects

Specialized Knowledge & Skills
*Knowledge of business processes & products
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Right ethical skills.
*Ability to manage and work with diverse people and customers.
*Ability to motivate, coach and mentor sales personnel.
*Ability to transfer knowledge to sales personnel (training skills).

Requirement
*Bachelor degree or above
*At least five years in building materials and related industries.
*More than three years Sales management experience.
*Good oral and written skill in English.
*Good command of MS software applications
*Travel Required
