职位描述
Major Responsibility:
1 Complete staffing process and completion of hiring goals;
2 Lead activities of company branding in local labor market and campus to attract talents;
3 Handle staffing vendor management including searching firm, labor agents and job-fairs;
4 Consult with internal clients on overall staffing plan for both the short and long term needs of the business;
5 Involve in developing and implementing integration and orientation programs for new hires;
6 Assist management to establish a healthy and motivating working environment;
7 Enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee reward satisfaction;
8 Manage people reward and recognition program and activity.
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1 Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in English/HR management ;
2 Requires an approachable personal style, proactive, effective problem analysis, excellent planning and organization skills;
3 Good aggressive and assertive skills are essential, independent and proactive;
4 Good HR acumen sense, creative & people oriented;
5 Strong data analysis sense, good communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills;
6 Able to work efficiently with senior managers;
7 Fluent in English;
8 Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Experience:
1 Minimum 5 years’ HR experience , with more than 2 years in recruiting, preferably in manufacturing industry;
2 Very familiar with local labour laws.
