Responsibility:

1. Manage the material in the pipeline. Monitor shipment status and communicate to LMCs and broker for on time delivery.
2. Manage LMCs and brokers, according to corporation policy in terms of cost, speed and consistency. Monitor and report performance of LMCs and brokers.
3. Apply the customs duties and charges. Manage database of duty classification and rates.
4. Ensure adequate handbook and license. Organize and maintain documentation for retention period.
5. Provide initiatives of logistics cost reduction.
6. Support the activities of advanced logistics; consolidate/de-consolidate, milk run and lean logistics network.
7. Monitor import/export times and develop ways to reduce.
8. Audit freight bills, log as required for timely payment
9. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent education experience
2. Excellent English. Other language is a plus
3. 3 years experience on import/export, international trade
4. Operation experience involving ocean/ air/ truck international freight, forwarding sourcing and contracting
5. Strong skills in logistics cost analysis, network design and optimization, performance measurement reporting and problem solving.
6. Strong interpersonal communication skills
7. Organized and disciplined
