Title : Training Manager

Report to : Aisa RM

Subordinate : 2 (training supervisor in Nanjing plant + HR supervisor in Chongqing plant)

Implement/improve training system and internal trainer system;

Knows how to cultivate technical talents;

has the ability to train others (engineers and workers);

better to have technical background;

better to have experience in big company which has complete training system, including internal college;

automotive industry experience preferred.
