Job Purpose:

To join the finance team in performance of analyses of the regular financial performance of the company, and to supervise subordinates to handle the increasing work load associated with tax filling and additional paper works after the transition of the Company from a Processing Supplied Material to Processing Imported Material company.

Main Responsibilities :

To lead and develop subordinates in the finance department

To perform management analysis on the financial performance of the company

To review and validate the filling with tax authority and the fulfillment of local requirement

To prepare financial and management report

To monitor the settlement of payable balances to suppliers

To prepare month-end closing

To prepare schedules for operation reviews

To liaise and prepare schedules for annual audits

To perform other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

Tertiary education with 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting function, preferably obtained in manufacturing plant

High integrity

Computer proficiency

Excellent English skills

Proficiency of PRC accounting standards and tax requirements

Good communication skills
