We are one of the leading Garment Buying Office with the entities at Hong Kong and Shenzhen. To cope with our expansion, we are looking for the Quality Assurance Inspector based at ZhongShan for our Intimate Brands with the below details.

Quality Assurance Inspector (Intimate Wear)

Responsibilities:

This position exists to provide quality assurance in Asia, problem shooting and problem solving for anything related with finished garment quality as well as issue in production garment.
Review quality processes in each supplier to be sure that they will yield good quality products, give recommendations to factory when needed and advise management of any necessary issues to be addressed with the supplier by corporate quality or Sourcing.
Monitor quality assurance by in line inspection and/or final audits on all styles (New, Existing and Problematic styles).
Review weekly audit reports from third party inspectors, work with factory to build a Corrective Action Plan. Action plans must be monitored and accurate, complete, meaningful.
Conduct defect Calibration for suppliers and third party inspectors and provide any necessary education and training in inspection and material quality control.


Requirements:

- 3-5 years in manufacturing and quality inspection experience.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes in knitting, dye finish.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing process (cutting, sewing, trimming and packing).
- Good PC skills, Web/PDM.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; written and oral
- Self starter; ability to work with general supervision
- Ability to multitask and respond to unexpected urgencies of production or design needs
- Fluent in oral and written communications in English, and Chinese.
