职位描述
Job Objective:
Develop new opportunities; close deal of sales; maintain existing business; and implement accounts managementthrough build up value/technical reputation in the market.
Report Line:China Sales Manager
Accountabilities:
-Identify market and customers needs and trends for new opportunities.
-Achieve sales target in a monthly to yearly base.
-Provide best sales forecasts in a timely manner
-Implement pricing strategies
-Initiate product developments where necessary in cooperation with sales and marketing manager.
-Cooperate with TS, initiate and follow up technical projects to key accounts.
-Identify, initiate, develop and support new applications and businesses in the market.
-Develop and implement forward marketing concepts.
-Monitoring of competition (benchmarking, technical information, etc.) and to deliver to Management.
-Intelligence Support on adequate implementation of training measures (technical) for and with the distributors.
-Ensure flow of information on product and technical market development and trends.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-University degree or above in chemistry related area, major in polymer material engineering, material science or polymer chemistry will be preferred.
-Technical or Market background and related technical knowledge (e.g. preferred in paint, coating, composite or related chemicals companies)
-Sales experiences
-Trade and finance knowledge.
-Interpersonal effectiveness and strong oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
-Adequate knowledge of epoxy market - customer, applications, competitive products and processes would be a plus.
-Proactive, self-motivated, open and cooperative working styles.
-Capability to resolve problems creatively & remove barriers for various technical or commercial, or combined complex issues in business development.
-Technical capability on business development, opportunities screening & modifying to the practical level of implementation.
-Presentation/communication skills to sell projects to customers and/or internal management team.
-Good organizational and communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, convince.
-Strong planning, organization, analytical and prioritization skills.
-Good technical understanding, innovation sense and thinking style.
