职位描述:
1. 增值税发票单据的整理和对账。
2. 进货折扣、进货退回，核对付款通知，审核凭证。
3. 报告应付账款期报表，并能预测和做出付款提议。
4. 与供应商对账确保结账一致。
5. 追踪预付款确保发票和相关文件的齐全。
6. 维持供应商主要数据，根据银行账单确保企业资源计划中的应付账款一致。
7. 监控账目以确保付款数据的及时跟新。
8. 监控应付账款相关的程序的日常操作。
职位要求:
掌握会计实务、法则，熟悉法律法规和编码。
Responsibilities:
1. VAT invoices input sheets collection and reconciliation with the book
2. Purchase discount, purchase return and credit memo checking, vouchering
3. AP aging report and payment proposal and payment forecast
4. Reconciliation with suppliers to ensure the balance is correct
5. Advance payment following up to ensure the invoice and related document received to clean up
6. Maintain vendor master information, make AP clearing in ERP according to bank slip
7. monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
8. Monitor the daily operation of AP related procedures

Knowledge of accounting practices and principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.
Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
