Continuous Improvement Tasks :
? Responsible for applying expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma ( including tools as : SMED; Standard Work; Kanban / Pull Systems; TPM; Kaizen; Problem Solving; Visual management; Value Stream Mapping… ) to eliminate waste, reduce cost and grow top line revenue.
? Facilitate rapid lean deployment (Kaizen) events; lead and implement Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects; coordinate the selection, scoping, planning and implementation of CI projects and events.
Such as : The program Lean Sigma including the training plan lean sigma, all projects
Lean Sigma of the company leading the CI manager to success.
? Establish strategic and tactical CI plans and lead the implementation of those plans and resolve implementation issues, create and manage communication.
Such as the cost reduction plan of the company

Risk Management Tasks :
? Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization according Safran’s methodologies.
? risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;
? risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organization’s previous handling of risks;
? risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
