工作职责：

1.主导某个现有的产品或正在发展的新产品；

2.和相关部门一起制定和完成新产品的制造工艺，并确保符合客户的要求和公司的质量标准；

3.负责鉴识其所负责产品的检查验证流程；

4.和相关部门一起发现并改进其所负责产品的问题点；

5.确立产品的改进方案并确保其符合质量，成本，制造时间等方面的要求；

6.定义，确立和跟进其所负责的产品测试活动，并完成相关的报告；

7.负责产品标准生产文件的建立，和制造和工艺工程师一起定期进行维护；

8.定期报告其所负责产品的形势；

9.在新产品的发展阶段，负责和客户的沟通以及期间的所有技术问题。

任职要求：

1.大学本科或以上学历，主修铸造或机械等相关专业；

2.希望具有相关的工作经验；

3.良好的英文沟通能力；

4.要求候选人具有良好的责任心，工作主动性和团队合作意识；

5.候选人最好具有相关的软件知识，例如：Procast

Job responsibilities :
1. In charge of a panel of products already existing (validated) or under development
2. Define and formalize with the concerned departments the "manufacturing process" of the new products in compliance with the customer requirements, the resources available and the "Quality Asurrance Plan"
3. Realize and monitor the "First Article Inspection files" (validation process) of his products
4. Work closely with all the departments concerned of the company for the identification of the potential improvements of his products
5. Establish the improvement plan of his products and manage the relevant actions in order to reach the target of quality, cost (linked to design/engineering choices), manufacturing time, etc..
6. Define, formalize, follow and make report on the relevant tests launched in production for his activities
7. Responsible of the "standard of production" (consumables, manufacturing time, ...), defined and periodically updated the with Manufacturing and Process engineers
8. Report periodically on the global situation of his panel of products
9. Communication with the customers during the development of the new products, and focus point of the company for all the technical issues of his products

Qualifications required :
l. From Bachelor with a preference for major in casting, metalurgical or mechanical specialities
2. Working experiences in investment casting
3. Good command of English
4. Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit
5. Knowledge in "casting simulation softwares" (example : PROCAST, ...) will be appreciated
