Responsible for engine technical requirements definition in terms of:
Durability
Reliability
Emission level capability
Application definition
Cost reduction & localization feasibility study

Accountable for:
Guarantee the development of a system/component of the project according to objectives in terms of:
Quality
Time
Budget
Ensure compliance with technical requirements
Engineering Team Coordination during project development
Product Team member w/ strong support to other company functions (e.g. Platform, Purchasing)

Requirements:
Engineering bachelor or similar
Strong technical know-how in engine field with testing or design background
Project management know how and cross functional team management capabilities
Target and customer oriented
Ability to work in articulated environment and under pressure
Great communication capabilities
Fluent English

SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
