致力于制造体系的建立及持续改进，包括塑料件加工及总成装配工艺。
Work on the setup and continuous improvement of production system，including plastic processing and assembly technology.
岗位职责Main Responsibilitie:

参与生产过程的定义和设备及工装选型
Participate in the definition of production process and the selection of equipment &fixture.
编制工厂ME负责的设备及工装技术规范，确保符合HSE要求，同时跟踪设备及工装进度。
Write equipment &fixture specification, which is in line with HSE requirement. And also follow up new equipment & tool status.
负责新项目在工厂投产前，ME相关准备工作 (设备及模具安装及调试、技术文件、节拍生产、批量试生产)
Responsible for ME activities after equipment &tool transfer to plant (equipment &tool setup and tuning / technical documents / production trial / MPT).
量产后项目
Series program
主导或支持相关的持续改进工作，并且对ME负责的文件及时进行更新，包括(不仅限于)：Process flow chart / PFMEA / Layout / 内部MIFD / 工位平衡 …
Lead or support related continuous improvement, update ME related documents, including Process flow chart / PFMEA / Layout /Internal MIFD / WC balance …
（产品VAVE /直接员工效率 /质量/设备综合利用率 /HSE / 人机工程；Product VAVE /DLE /Quality /TRS /Space /HSE / Ergonomics）
承担公司相关FES文件以及TS16949标准要求的管理责任，确保FES文件的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善FES文件中的相关程序及其应用。

任职资格Qualifications:
学历Education: 大专科以上（含大专科）degree of academy or above
专业背景Background: 机械制造、汽车、注塑模具设计，高分子材料或化工类专业Mechanical engineering , automotive , injection design , polymer material engineering or chemical engineering major.
工作经验Experience: 2年或以上相关制造工程工作经历；
Minimum 2years or above experiences of manufacturing engineering, s
胜任能力Qualification: 革新创造力，与他人合作能力，工作知识，分析问题和做决策，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，对质量关注，书面交流，口头交流，可靠性，委派和控制，具有团队精神。Creativity, teamwork , knowledge , analysis and decision-making ,activity , ability of organization , quality concept , Minimum bi-lingual (English required) , strong written and oral communication skill , team spirit .
熟练使用常用的办公软件
Be familiar with the Microsoft software. I.e. visio, project, word, excel, otherwise AutoCAD, etc.
熟悉TS16949标准，了解ISO14000和OHSAS18001标准
Be familiar with TS16949，and know ISO14000&OHSAS18001
其他要求：具备一定的外语口语交流能力，熟悉PPAP、SPC、DOE、FMEA基础知识、直观工厂，精益生产，看板管理等，针对工艺问题可以灵活的运用以下工具进行分析SPC、DOE、8D、MSA等。
