Accountabilities:
-Communicate with oversea offices of daily working
- Sending all necessary documents by emails or other methods which overseas need
- Transfer right operation guidance to team of Gateway/Operation/Billing/Documentation and ensure all foreseeing occuring
- To advise the excellent service & maintain the good relationship with customer

Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Multi modal knowledge and operational skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems, including powerpoint and excel.
- Knowledge of customs tariffs and the customers organisation and operations
- Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers, suppliers, etc.
