Accountabilities:

1. Understand company training needs, design training plan and improve training system.

2. Expand training channels and training resources

3. Work with external training vendors to select and customize training course to meet specific training needs.

4. Select internal course content based on the training needs.

5. Independently design and develop training material for internal trainer.

6. Conduct employee opinion survey and related analysis.

7. Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related equivalent educations.

2. 3 Years working experience in HR area or above, cross-functional experience is preferred.

3. Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Knowledge of state laws and local regulations related to employment relationship.

5. Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Computer literate: Word, Excel, Power Point.

7. Chinese and English language proficiency.

8. Able to work independently with minimal supervisions.

9. Able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.

10. Team player.

11. Experience in a multi-national company.
