PURPOSE OF POSITION
The export business is increasing continually in CQ plant.The purpose is to handle all the export procedures well. He or she will be responsible for all the works related
to export orders, such as order receiving and checking, customs clearance, vessel reservation, documents preparation, and etc.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Export Order management for DDM/TM/VM, TD/NP, HX, including receive the orders from customers, check order details, drawing, docs requirement, etc.
2) Filling the new orders into system, and provide OA to customers on time
3) Follow up the process for each order, from the time getting the order to the time when customer receive the goods,
including forwarder, vessel space, ETD and ETA, both for FCL and LCL shipments.
4) Making the documents for customs clearance, and communicate with customs if neccessory
5) Preparing the required docs for customers, such as CO, FORM E, etc
6) Coordinate the relationship with customers, plant and forwarders
7) Other works released by the manager

Other Technical/Professional Qualification :
·  Major in international economic and trade or logistics
Good English writing and speaking capability, over CET -4, especially for oral English
·         Strong interpersonal skills, good team spirit, hard working attitude
·         Experience of arranging the export shipments, fully understanding the trade terms for international contracts
