职位描述
Job Description:
1. Responsible for originating and negotiating real estate investments and main focus is evaluating, structuring and executing transactions.
2. Gathering all necessary information in support of understanding and analyzing a specific targeted company/ project from public and private sources. Instilling and analyzing information in depth and summarize the findings in concise manner.
3. Participating in due diligence or lead a defined effort including interviewing the management team and all relevant parties of the business such as the banks/ creditors, suppliers, customers, and competitor companies.
4. To independently prepare internal investment review documents by summarizing and analyzing information.
5. To independently develop financial analysis products including projection and valuation models.
6. Negotiating or under guidance of senior with targeted investment company or portfolio clients for specific business issues and to achieve measurable outcomes.
7. Acting as a good listener for complex issues and reports to seniors for decision making. In dealing with client companies and other related parties and particularly, in difficult situations, using diplomacy and sensitivity to help resolve issues.
8. Helping the team and seniors to periodically conduct reviews and analysis of investment portfolios. Presenting the review products in clear concise format and emphasize key points.
9. Communicating with other departments effectively for meeting internal compliance. Making good use of all resources and information to support PE real estate work and promote PE real estate business.
10. Providing training and mentoring junior team members.
Knowledge:
· Well understand and analyze financial and real estate statement and reports.
· Ability of independently conduct financial and quantitative analysis including financial projection and valuation model.
· Basic understanding and knowledge of business and real estate related law and be able to review common legal documents.
Skills and Abilities:
· Professional maturity and ability to operate in a fast paced, competitive and adversarial work environment.
· Ability to analyze and articulate a situation and be capable to assimilate complex details quickly.
· Adapts easily to changing situations and exercises subtly in dealing with delicate situations.
· Exhibits the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
· Is high energy and perseveres with tenacity.
· Enjoys problem solving and creating political strategies to achieve defined goals.

Qualifications:
1. MBA or graduate degree on corporate finance, accounting, laws and business management, with CFA, CPA qualification a plus.
2. 3-5 years experience in real estate direct investment, probably including in fund management.
3. Preferably with more than 3 years’ real estate private equity business experience or relevant experience practicing practice project/ corporate level finance, business management with sound business judgment and/ or substantive working knowledge of real estate industries.
4. Fluency in Mandarin a must. Good command of English (written & oral).
5. Preferred experience in emerging market, in China, but not necessary.
