Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead operational shift team in compounding production to ensure that company policies and standard operating procedures(SOP) are followed.

- Keep product information secret

- Ensure all statutory and company EHS&S standards are recognized and maintained throughout the shift. Stop any activities that does not comply with the company HSE&S procedures.

- Be responsible for team KPI in safety, quality, productivity, COT and stability.

- Maintain high level 5s throughout the whole shift

- Supervise compounding process, make sure on time order delivery with high quality that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

- Utilize quality control tools to manage projects and take assigned responsibilities.

- Ensure all team members strictly follow the production or process procedures and rules

- Be responsible for coaching new operators and responsible for performance appraisal within the shift team

- Be responsible for the team discipline.

- While on shift, be responsible for coordinating all shift functional and outsourced resources to solve relevant people/production problems on site.

- Maintain production records and prepares reports

- Lead safety and quality issue investigation on shift and take corrective action

- Involve in SOP&JSA creation and update

- Ensure team 100% attend company and depart training

- Involve in production SOP&JSA compile andupdate in time

- Ensure the team 100% complete the training required by company and department

Qualifications Required:

- University degree or above with major in polymer engineering or related

- At least 3 years' working experience in plastics manufacturing/processing

- Proven result-oriented with strong execution ability

- Strong team management skills

- Strong communication skills and Team-work spirit.

- Good command of English both in writing and speaking

- Good skills of MS-Office software
