Primary Responsibilities:
-Work with CIC (customer innovation centre) and other manufacturing site to develop new colours according to the market need.
-Manage and update the colour recipes and detailed colour specifications.
-Manage colour testing machine to make sure those equipments can meet testing requirement.
- Be in charge of ISO 9001 management work and make sure plant's operation activities meet related requirements.
-Manage standard colour chips and standard pellets.
-Implement continuous improvement and optimization to increase quality.
-Provide customer complaint resolution (find the root cause and implement corrective actions).
Qualifications Required:
-Bachelor degree in Chemical or related.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience, and at least 2 years working experience of color match in chemical industry.
-Good knowledge in colour compounding in the polymer industry (Engineering plastics knowledge is plus).
-Abundant experience as a first-line technician is a must.
-Strong knowledge with various colorants used in polymers.
-Good knowledge about injection molding process and colour spectrophotometer.
-Good spoken and written English.

-Additional knowledge in compounding process.
-Experience in achieving good surface aesthetics in addition to just colour.
