We are one of the American leading sports branded company with the entities at Hong Kong and Shanghai, China. To cope with our business expansion in China, we are looking for an Accountant based at Shanghai office with the below details.

Accountant

Responsibilities:

? Ensure all the transactions booked with correct accounts through double check. Perform detective control to ensure accounting work is processed in an effective and proper manner.
? Maintain Fixed Assets record in system and responsible for booking, depreciate and disposal records on fixed assets. Responsible for booking, deliver and monthly reconcile the inventory records.
? Manage and Reconcile general ledger accounts balance. Overall controls the monthly China GAAP Reports. Issue the monthly financial statements including Balance sheet, Income statement and Cash flow in complying with China GAAP.
? Issue the statutory reports and tax application on monthly and quarterly basis. Prepare annual tax filing documentations to make sure tax compliance.
? Participate to set up internal control system and assist in monitoring the implementation, any finding on weak control points should call out for discussion and improvements
? Affirm material accounting affairs and communicate with auditor and tax bureau.
? Ad hoc tasks assigned


Requirements:

? Over 6 years of finance/accounting working experience in multi-national company with US GAAP knowledge.
? Communicate effectively, close cooperation with internal and external parts English skill
? Skillful in using office software plus ERP experience
? Good English skills both in written and spoken English
? Financial analytical tools experience will be an advantage.
? Open minded and good team player.
