Purpose of the job:
1.Supports top management in regards of Business Controlling.
2.Supports Sales Team to be prepared for Business negotiations with the customer.
3.Compile project information to set up Business Cases and key sales figures.Drives the process of sales planning ,reporting and forecast.
Responsibility & Tasks:
1.Set up Project Business Cases based on the input of Sales,Engineering and Plant
2.Review Project Profitability over project lifetime via Project Business Cases.
3.Responsible for Sales Reporting to Corporate Headquarters.
4.Responsible for Sales Budget and Sales Planning on a monthly,quarterly an annual base.
5.Provide facts and figures for strategic planning based on volume forecast.
6.Monitor monthly production volume and provide in conjunction with the sales team a Sales Forecast.
7.Set standards for quotations and Cost Break Downs(CBD).
8.Prepare and execute value analysis negotiations with customers.
9.Prepare top management reports and presentations.
10.Achieve fast and accurate response to enquiries.
11.Results and solution oriented with focus on achieving best results.
12.Establish and care of customer contacts to a.o. purchasing,cost analyzer.
13.work in line with work instructions,job safety and environmental directions.
Working experience:
1.at least 3 years experience in selling technically sophisticated products that require technical explanatory support. The ideal candidate has made this experience already in the automotive sealing industry.
2.having worked in the sealing automotive industry is beneficial;sufficient years of work experience paired with a proven track record of success.
3.in addition,he/she has experience in working acc.to processes and procedures of an international automotive company in China an has already an established net work within the key customer this position is aimed for.
