Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensure warehouse team strictly comply with relevant EHSS regulations and requirements.

- Ensure warehouse team fully comply with ISO system requirement

- Improve the workshop 5S and visual management realization

- Keep raw materials information secret.

- Lead warehouse team to handle material in/out and to support compounding production to ensure that company policies and standard operating procedures(SOP) are followed.

- Manage daily material receiving, shipping and storing, cooperate with relevant parties to provide high efficient material support to whole team.

- Maintain warehouse records and prepares reports to ensure the data accuracy and input accuracy of the OPM input and transactions. Report out the abnormal to operations manager and take actions to solve it.

- Organize regular warehouse stocktaking and be responsible for material loss and stocktaking accuracy.

- Be responsible for quality and standards check for package materials and raw materials; return those non-conforming materials to vendor, make the records and report out.

- Ensure raw material fully comply to FIFO rule

- Make sure safety store in place

- Be responsible for managing the waste treatment and transportation within plant to follow the procedures; and be responsible for cleaning of the storage areas inside plant and the route for transportation.

- Lead the investigation of EHSS issues and complains occurred in warehouse and take corrective and preventive actions.

- Lead warehouse SOP&JSA compile and update in time

- Hire, train and build up warehouse team, and be responsible for performance appraisal within the team

- Ensure warehouse team 100% complete the company training required, such as EHSS.

Qualifications Required:

– College degree or above, major inlogistics preferred .

– At least 5 years warehouse work experience with strong leadership

– Be familiar with ERP system and master at OPM or SAP preferred

– Demonstrated strong integrity, and show strong ownership to the work

– Proven result-oriented with strong execution ability

– Strong communication skills and team-work spirit.

– Strong data analysis skills, be data driven

– Good planning ability

– Strong problem solving skills

– Good command of English both in writing and speaking

- Good skills of MS-Office software
