Primary Responsibility

· Manage process engineering discipline and lead team to study compounding technology

· Optimize machine configuration and operating condition settings as well as process layout to deliver best balance among EHSS, Product Quality and Productivity and Cost Effective Solution

· Responsible for company New Product Introduction(NPI) and New Materials Introduction (NMI)

· Being a technical expert of the company and provide timely support to production, project , Quality, E&M team and related functions

· Define materials standards and specification for the plant

· Keep tracing latest compounding technology trends, perform comparison analysis and introduce best practice solution

· Study on the correlations among screw configuration, processing conditions, quality and productivity for different products

· Lead cross-function team to overcome technical difficulty encounter in the plant and provide technical solutions for related function

· Responsible for recruitment, performance review and training up PE Engineer

Qualification Requirement

· University degree or above in Polymer Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related discipline

· Broad knowledge and over 8 years of PE experience in Engineering thermoplastics compounding plant

· Good people skills and team work

· Passion for the excellence of the job

· Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills

· Fluent English in both written and speaking

· Computer skill is essential

· Six Sigma BB or GB is preferred
