岗位要求：

岗位职责：

1. 在总经理的授权下，提出公司经营计划目标；

2. 按公司既定目标进行分解，制定方案措施及具体推进计划，组织实施、跟踪、检查、统计分析、验收，并定期向总经理汇报；

3. 培养、指导招商团队，提高团队的招商水平和能力；

4. 对招商部门日常工作进行督促、检查、指导。
