1、Implement performance finance internal control procedures, supervise and monitor the execution;
执行营运单位财务内部控制管理程序，并监控实施
2、Organize and monitor "Financial Accounting-GL&Tax" daily tasks, communicate latest policy and procedures to the staff
组织、管理"财务会计-总账及税务"的日常工作，及时传达营运单位最新的政策及制度
3、Establish or adjust process flow in accordance to the business development;
根据业务发展的需要，安排制定及修改财务会计及业务支持有关的工作流程
4、Review all expenses and capital expenditure, responsible for cash flow management, ensure sufficient cash flow for daily operation;审核营运单位各项费用开支及资本性支出，资金的调度及管理，确保营运单位资金的正常运转
5、Review the recording of expenses and income, ensure all accounting entries are in accordance to applicable accounting standards, review reasonableness of expenses and capital expenditures, explain for exceptional items
审核各项费用收入的入帐，审核各总帐入帐符合企业会计制度，并对费用及资产项目的合理性进行对比分析，解释异常项目
6、Ensure timeliness and accuracy in month-end report preparation.月终及时准确结帐
7、Review all financial reports and reports to external parties审核各项财务会计报表及各项对外报表
8、Maintain and foster good internal and external relationship with all competency departments (internally), Local Finance Bureau, Local Tax Bureau, Auditors and etc. (externally)协调营运单位内部各资能部门，及外部财政局、税务局、会计师事务所等单位的关系
9、Examine, supervise, coach and appraise subordinates’ performance, provide training to build up the professional skills in handling daily tasks检查、督导、培训、考核下属的工作，针对其工作中的不足及时帮助改进，提高其专业技能

10、Any other jobs as delegated by superior上司随时委派之任何其他工作

岗位要求
1、Professional qualification in Accounting; 会计专业资格
2、College graduated with relevant degree; 相关的学院毕业生
3、Strong communication competency; 沟通能力强;
4、Mature character having good working experience of not less than 5 years in FMCG environment; 成熟的个性并拥有不少于5年于快速消费品行业的良好的工作经验
5、IT literate and highly analytical; 对电脑资讯有一定的认知;
6、 Bilingual(English & Chinese); 双语能力(英语及中文);
7、Good knowledge in local laws and practices such as PRC tax and Accounting laws; 良好的当地法务知识，比如中华人民共和国税发及会计法;
