职位描述
Main responsibility:
1.Help make the quotations to the customers under the supervision of the superior levels
2.Answer the request of customer under the supervision of superior
3.Is accountable for Data Administration by Sales databases and Enterprise-Resource-Planning (ERP)Systems(e.g.SAP):e.g.,File Management,Offer and Order Management, Contract Management,Sales Reporting.
4.Execute market researchs and business analysis
5.Prepare business presentations for various internal and external meetings
6.Support in case of customer claims
7.Coordinate among various departments regarding implementation of sales activities as needed.
8.Schedule business activities and appointments including travel arrangements and customer visits
9.Organize meetings,audio conferences,and prepare meeting minutes.
10.Manage daily administrative work in the department.
11.Organize further topics to help superiors to do their work more efficient.
12.Follow Saargummi's work process landscape and working instructions.
Basis requirments:
1.Work experience in Sales or Marketing or Program Management is preferred
2.Experience in working in cross functional,international teams(by matrix/project organizations)across different locations and countries.Shows appropriated communication skills.
3.Strong analytical ability and able to work with figures.
4.Excellent skills in use of computer applications,especially Microsoft Office Package (e.g.,PowerPoint, Excel,Word)
5.Positive working attitude ,responsible,accountability)
6.Execute strong self-organized and efficient working methods and able to work under pressure.
7.keen perception and attention to detail
8.Take personal initiative to work independently within the given frame work (strong sense of accountability)
9.Show team spirit,but also be able and willing to push issues forward by his/her own (shows assertiveness)
10.Good interpersonal communication skills and team player
11.Open-minded for continuous improvement of his/her working methods in regards of efficiency.
