Aftersales Consultant售后咨询顾问（汽车4S店）
We are currently seeking several Aftersales Consultants to join our team. The main purpose of the Aftersales Consultant is to help new and mature dealers to improve performance in the aftersales functions. Covering the service, warranty and parts departments the consultant will act as advisor, coach and trainer to dealership staff to help improve the overall performance of the business.
目前，我们在招募若干售后咨询顾问(汽车4S店), 并加入我们项目团队。售后咨询顾问这个岗位旨在帮助新成立的和已成熟的汽车经销商改善在售后业务方面的表现。工作范围涉及服务、保修和配件部门。咨询顾问将担当起顾问、教练和训练师的角色，辅导经销商的员工提高整个业务成绩。

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following工作职责要求:
? To use their extensive knowledge and skills to advise the dealer management on best practice processes and procedures to drive maximum performance in the business - OEM.
? 利用自己丰富的知识和技能，指导经销商用最可行的流程和程序管理，以促成主机厂业务的最佳表现。
? To provide assistance with recruitment, selection and training (on site coaching) of dealership staff where required.
? 根据需要协助经销商做好职员招聘，选拔和培训（现场辅导）。
? To assist dealership management with methods and tools to motivate their teams to peak performance.
? 使用恰当的工具与方法协助经销商管理，并激励他们的团队达到最佳表现。
? To provide tangible solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste and drive increased profits throughout the warranty, service and workshop areas.
? 针对保修、服务和车间各个领域，提供切实的解决方案，以提高效率，减少浪费和增加利润。
? To install quality management tools and ensure compliance to brand standards of the customer.
? 使用质量管理工具，以确保符合客户的品牌标准。
? To deliver solutions to operational challenges including but not limited to workshop capacity, parts availability and service lead time.

? To assist dealer staff to improve the customer experience throughout the business and drive increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements:
? Knowledge in business administration
? 有一定管理知识, 无明确学历要求
? English is a must (reading and written), Ability to speak English is beneficial
? 一定的英文阅读和写作能力，能用英文沟通交流。
? Over 5years working experience in Automotive Retail Business, with the aftersales experience in 4S shop.
? 5年以上汽车零售行业工作经验，并有汽车4S店一线售后经验
? Expert in knowledge of dealer aftersales / service activities
? 精通经销商售后和服务方面的专业知识
? Technical Knowledge would be beneficial
? 懂技术知识更好
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? 良好的沟通和人际关系能力
? Excellent team player
