Responsibility：
Establish and implement maintenance and overhaul schedules for infrastructure facilities and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance procedure and regulations accordance with Quality System requirement. Arrange safety checks of equipment, monitor operations of equipment.
Set up complete files of equipment, including categories, serial numbers, records and cards of all equipment. Cost control and optimization in terms of spare parts management
Responsible for the maintenance team construction and management, improve the work efficiency
Responsible for formulate and implement the training plan for the staffs, particular the service sprite, technical skill etc.
Arrange, guide and coach the work of the subordinates, formulate and implement the staff performance appraisal and evaluation;
Requirements
Good knowledge of the electrical automatic control system, could find out the common electrical fault and maintenance imported electrical equipment independently;
Familiar with the PLC and transducer, knowledge of electronic control.
Team player with good communication skills and high efficient.
Minimum Bachelor education, major in electrical automation, electromechanical integration or related specialized. Minimum 10 years experience in equipment maintenance experience.
