工作职责：
1.根据公司要求制定采购合同条款，并督促供应商将合同回传确认后做好归档工作；
2.在ERP系统内填写采购申请书，并交由直属领导审批；
3.登记采购台帐；
4.追踪供应商发票，收到并与入库单核对无误后登记台帐并移交财务部；
5.填写付款单，经主管审批后，跟踪付款情况；
6.定期与财务部门和供应商对帐；
7.定期整理供应商相关文件、采购申请书、合同、指标、易制毒备案证明等相应资料，归档备查；
8.建立并更新供应商基础资料，应包含产能、主要产品、工艺、主要客户、付款方式及相关联系方式；
9.建立主营产品之采购资料库，应包含主要供应商、备选供应商、运输方式、指标、MSDS；
10.完成经理和主管交办的其他工作。

职位要求：
1、大专以上学历（外贸或化工专业）。
2、二年以上销售经验，熟悉化工产品市场优先。
3、熟练使用OFFICE软件，分析能力强，数字概念强，报表能力突出；
4、责任感强，具备独立工作的能力；
5、条理清晰，思维敏捷；
6、良好的沟通、团队协作能力。
