工作职责：
1)有机化学品的采购计划的制定与实施；
2)根据经营状况调整安全库存，并根据安全库存和销售节奏合理安排采购计划；
3)寻找优秀供应商，开拓多方面渠道，三地共享信息，采购合适的产品；
4)采集所负责有机产品多方面信息，整理并建议适当的销售价格和销售节奏；
5)对所负责的有机产品供应商与备选供应商的采购节奏，并确保公司库存安全；
6)配合部门经理和财务部门安排资金，并跟进对帐工作；
7)根据公司发展战略，和三地联动，产品共享，不断开发优质供应商；
8）对所负责之产品定期作出总结工作；
9）建立并更新供应商基础资料，应包含产能、主要产品、工艺、主要客户、付款方式、相关联系方式及产品指标、MSDS，并在出差或接待后做好会谈报告，将供应商最新情况通报三地公司。
10）完成主管交代的其他工作任务。

职位要求：
1）大专以上学历（外贸或化工专业）。经验水准
2） 三年以上有机化学品采购经验，熟悉化工产品市场。
3）英语四级以上，具有一定的听说读写能力；
4）具备一定的领导才能和指导下属能力；
5）较强的分析、决策能力，能够独立完成商务谈判；
6）较强的语言、文字表达能力，独立撰写市场研究报告和产品专题报告。
