Sales Representative- Hospital Channel
Work Location：Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Get the sales target，sales& activity according company policy；
2. Follow up reference hospital order process；
3. Give our customers a product training& good service；
4. Develop new hospital business, manager hospital channel distributor for the good service.；
5. Act with the company promotion &sales plan；
6. Make the weekly plan& report, trip report, etc on time；
7. Collect competed product information；
8. Assist hospital seminar & new product launch meeting；
9. Analysis the marketing information, make the correct marketing& sales forecast .
10. Train the new hospital technical persons.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above，at least two years sales experience in small device medical background is preferred;
2. Familiar with sales & development in hospital channel; experience of meeting organization;
3. Skilled in communication and product promotion, keep good relationship with doctors;
4. Honest, Willing to travel and work under pressure;
5. Skilled in English & computer.

1.完成既定的销售目标，贯彻执行公司的销售策略；
2.负责并跟踪产品订单；
3.为客户提供相关的产品技术培训；
4.定期拜访客户，发展指定区域的新客户；
5.执行各类促销计划；
6.完成各类销售报告；
7.收集市场和竞争对手信息；
8.协助各类会议的组织和安排；
9.分析市场信息，做好市场及销售预测；
10.负责培训医院相关的技术人员。

要求：
1.大专以上学历，两年以上小型设备（医疗器械或电子消费品）销售经验优先；
2.熟悉相关区域医院渠道开发；有会务经验；
3.擅长沟通及产品推广；能与客户保持良好的关系；
4.诚实守信,愿意在压力下工作，愿意经常出差；
5.良好的英语及计算机应用能力。
