Job Description
Perform fixed asset and Information asset management;
Ability to configure, upgrades, and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices;
Walk-up support for employees who require immediate attention;
Perform local office IT support primary assisting the hardware and software related issues;
Support for employees requiring technical help with desktop and laptop issues.

Requirements
Knowledge of Windows XP/7/8 installation and configuration;
Should have basic MS Windows OS and Office experience for helping troubleshoot;
Be familiar with TCP/IP networking, basic knowledge of configuration of CISCO switches and routers;
Ability to directly communicate in English;
