Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Engineering with more than 12 years relevant working experience
2. Good Leadership characteristics with excellence people management & communication skill, ability to interact with all levels of employee and stakeholder, managing suppliers and customers effectively
3. Aggressive, objective minded and results oriented.
4. Good project management skills
5. Knowledge of semiconductor process and equipment (Fab, Assembly and Test)

Responsibility:
1. Leading the assembly process engineering/architecture department to meet overall business objective within specified resource and budget
2. Technical management and administrative responsibility for determine long range engineering strategies for the company
3. Work with Development of new package and process release to support new product, establish criteria and qualify 4M (Man, Material, Method, Machine) for robust process setup in FOL and EOL.
4. Continuous process improvement projects to bring processes to 6-sigma level, with superior yield and quality.
5. Implement SPC and process control and implement Mistake Proofing features to deliver best quality parts.
6. Maintaining the integrity of the Quality Management System when changes of the Quality Management system are planned and implemented
7. Cost reduction thru packaging innovation, qualify lower cost material and process simplification
8. Support development, conduct process characterization and evaluation lots build (EON) at fastest cycle time
9. Identify and install CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) tools to improve process reliability and better manufacturing productivity. eg. RMS (Recipe Management System, IDA (Inkless Die Attach).
10. Lead team or taskforce to support special projects eg. Green EMC Conversion, Lead free qualification and mass In-sourcing project etc..
