职位描述
Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor.
2. Minimum of 5 years in logistics area and 1-3 years on customs e-book management.
3. Have knowledge and experience on parts translation and HS code allocation.
4. Good communication skill, ownership and team work.
5. Good at Word , Excel and PPT, have experience in SAP is preferred.
6. Must be fluent with English, both in written and spoken.
7. Experience in handling or working with vehicle parts or a similar commodity would be seen as a distinct advantage.
8. Customs clearance certificate and commodity inspection certificate will be priority.
9. Foreign company working experience or joint venture working experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with UK colleague for parts information, and set up a parts database for them.
2. Translate the automotive parts from English into Chinese, and allocate the correct HS code for every new part.
3. Responsible for the customs e-book management, discrepancy analysis and improvement, customs e-book verification, audit and ensure the import and export business is full compliance.
4. Liaise with local customs, CIQ and other related authorities, associations and peer companies to monitor regulatory changes and assess impact to Unipart, and consequently define, support and integrate effective compliance requirements into the on-going business processes.
5. Maintain good relationship with UK colleague, relative government authority department and forwarder.
6. Provide reports as required and other task assigned.
