Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties with the objective of supporting Region Director and his department's business work within corporate policies and Region Direcotr instructions
Meetings and appointments
Make appointments and schedule meetings. Maintains calendar for executive. Book meeting room, send out meeting invitation, agenda. Take meeting minutes, send out meeting minutes, follow up action items with owners in order to schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.

Making an itinerary
Book hotel rooms and air tickets. Arranges business itinerary and coordinates executive's travel requirement in order to make an comfortable travel for executive.

Mails handle, documents Management
Receive incoming mails. Attach appropriate message to facilitate necessary action. Establish filing for executive and procurement team in order to maintain a good filing to support business needs.

International visitors & Regional Events Assist them to get China visa on time. Arrange hotel rooms, ground transportation, meetings and appointments for them in order to make their visits successful and productive. Coordinate, host and support administration requirement of regional conferences / meetings or other procurement related events in Asia.
Office Admin
Forward document to seek manager's approval, maintain follow up. Handle phone calls, documents typing, purchase stationary, assist China employee to apply for U.S., Japan visas in order to help them achieve department target.
Internal cross entities coordination
Collect data from team members for Asia Region. Maintain information and forward / follow up on messages /tasks given by executive
Spend and various Reporting and analysis, Presentation Preparation
Generate various monthly or other spend or procurement related reports based on request. Periodical team performance tracking report and monthly highlights to senior management. Prepare presentation materials for executive based on the given information.
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
Bachelor degree
4~5 years working experiences

Organize, detail oriented, strong interpersonal skill, work initiative. Good command of verbal and written English
