Role:
We are currently seeking two Workshop Support Technicians in the Shanghai area for a new and exciting project in order to improve Volvo Dealers technicians competence in terms of vehicle diagnosis, OEM systems(VIDA/TIE), and the use of workshop tools and equipment according to Volvo standard.

目前我们正在上海为一个新的和令人兴奋的项目寻找2名车间支持技师，主要领域是汽车销售经销商售后维修方面。这个岗位的工作致力于提高沃尔沃汽车经销商维修人员在车辆问题和故障方面的诊断能力，沃尔沃系统应用（VIDA/TIE），和按沃尔沃制订的标准正确使用车间工具及设备。

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following工作职责要求:
Hands on coaching and guiding Volvo Dealer technicians servicing and diagnosing Volvo brand cars according to Volvo standard
根据沃尔沃的标准，训练和指导经销商技术人员正确维修和诊断沃尔沃品牌汽车
Evaluate Dealer situation and compile action plans
评估经销商的情况和编制行动计划
Travelling to Dealers
拜访经销商

Experience and/or Qualification Requirements 经验或资格要求：
Education: Bachelor degree in technical related field is preferred
教育：本科学历，技术相关专业优先

Experience工作经验:
？ Volvo technician level 3 is a must
沃尔沃汽车维修3级技术水平
？ At least 7 years’ experience as a Volvo technician
至少7年的沃尔沃汽车维修经验
？ Solid Volvo background
扎实的沃尔沃汽车工作背景，经销商或主机厂
？ Team Leader or workshop manager experience is preferred
有主管或经理工作经验者优先
？ Experience in consulting would be an advantage
有咨询经验者优先

English skills: Excellent, Verbal and written.
英文：口语和写作能力良好

Travelling: At least 80% travelling
出差：至少80%出差时间

PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WEB based applications.
计算机能力：熟悉Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 其他网络使用

Communication and interpersonal skills: Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.Able to drive assigned projects independently.
人际沟通技能：用专业方式，愿意和他人交流并能表达和接受意见。能够独立完成项目。

Ability to act independently: Works in a responsible way on given tasks
