3、 Windows、linux的系统监控，系统故障处理；IBM服务器硬件故障处理；服务器阵列卡配置、安装；
4、 数据库基础维护：oracle、DB2；应用基础维护：WAS、Tomcat；网络基础维护：VPN、Lan、Wan；
5、 电话支持沟通能力，例如help desk；
6、 善于使用dos批处理命令；
