Major responsibilities will include:

·prepare business case scenarios for (potential) customers in close collaboration with operations areas (such as purchasing, manufacturing, engineering)

·establish detailed cost analysis for Takata product portfolio based on product bill of material (incl. sensitivity studies for volume, price, process and material changes)

·monitoring and tracking of financial performance for respective customer projects (incl. deviations analysis for customer business unit profit performance)

·assist in budget preparation and various ad-hoc analysis

·assist in implementation of global product costing process / procedures

·work with various groups within the organization (purchasing, engineering, logistics) to develop accurate cost information

·provide guidance / assistance to business analysts

Qualified applicant job requirements:

·minimum BA/BA degree in finance, accounting/controlling or alternatively industrial engineering background with a strong interest for business topics

·knowledge of Excel and Office tools

·ability to comprehend finished good and sub assembly product costs of a structured/indented bill of material

·ability to effectively communicate costing information / concepts with various groups within the organization

·engineering and/or manufacturing experience a plus

·knowledge of English a plus
