1.Controlling and influence of costs, budget and key indicators of the area to securing compliance with the business plans of the company.
2.Quality of the products under compliance to agreed delivery quantity and dates.
3.Implementation of quality and environment target within the production area.
4.Compliance environmental target and their implementation.
5.Securing safety and environment in this area and assertion of responsibility in explosives act §20 "responsible person" in his subordinates area.
6.Implementation of capacity and investment planning and scheduled annual year planning on the basis of the business plans of the company together with logistics and work preparation.
7.Workforce planning: capacity, qualifications and training needs.
8.Customers and suppliers.
9.Presentation the TAKATA company at a fair.
10.KVP and TPM in process.
11.Determine of task distribution and authority within the production.
12.Implementation of training courses.
13.Implementation of employee assess and target agreement.
14.Planning and instigating of education and training measures of employees
15.The guidelines of the TAKATA management handbooks and on this basis (Quality Management System ISO/TS 16949, Environmental Management DIN EN ISO 14001, Safety Guideline OHSAS 18001) must be respected and implemented.
16.As part of his professional knowledge and advice he has to carry out his assigned special tasks properly and punctual.
17.The legal and operational regulations must be observed.
18.Familiar with the die-casting and foaming process is a plus.
